"Buffalo Bill"
Tell us about a time when you saw a spider and/or a spider web. What did you like or what didn’t you like about seeing them? How do you feel about spiders and their webs in general? "Ok, so, we were stationed in Germany. It was my husband and I were in the air force and we lived on a buffalo farm. And when we walked into our house, there was this big buffalo that we called Bill, Buffalo Bill. So we walked in there and there was this huge spider web attached from the things and it was kind of old and so it was all over the buffalo. And one day, I was getting off work, and the music reminded me, there was a spider coming down its web from the buffalo’s nose, so, it was just a stuffed buffalo head, it wasn’t a real buffalo. And the spider came down, then it went back up, and it came down and the music reminded me of that time we were there. And then when I got closer to it... I’m not scared of spiders, but they make me itch, like I kind of just itch all over. So, when I got close to it, it went right back up and it was a big spider, it wasn’t like a little one, it went back up and it came back down, and I was like, “Whatever, I’m going to let it live.” And that’s my story."
